Mildberry created the visual identity for "I am romantic…", a waterfront residential development by Seven Suns Development located on Vasilyevsky Island. Designed to appeal to young, creative urban residents, the brand platform stepped away from traditional real estate communications in favor of emotional, dreamy storytelling. Mildberry designed a heraldic logo system that underscored the project's unique infrastructure—including an observatory, sports facilities, and green spaces—helping the development achieve rapid commercial success and sell out long before completion.
