Yummy United is perhaps the only company in the world run by kids. The company produces food products for children, created in accordance with children’s ideas and in close cooperation with children. The idea to involve kids in the development process belongs to the Mildberry founder Oleg Beriev and an expert in food production technologies Roman Glebov, while the Mildberry brand agency made it happen.
Slovo Myasnika (“The Butcher’s Word”) is the key meat brand of the Rusagro group of companies, one of the leaders of the Russian agro-industrial complex. The brand offers chilled pork and semi-finished meat products, which are produced according to high world standards.
Rebranding of Russian Railways started in the distant 2003 and soon enough became one of the largest and most ambitious projects in contemporary Russia. In the summer of 2007 Mildberry joined the rebranding process when our consultancy was entrusted to develop a comprehensive visual identity for Russian Railways. The main feature of this project boiled down to the fact that at that moment a new logotype had already been accepted and replaced the old one, which practically hadn’t changed since 1932.
Food Union – a modern dairy manufacturer, uniting businesses across Europe – decided to enter the Chinese market with one of its dairy products from the Baltics. This helped to form the market positioning prior to launching local production.
“Schedrye” crispbread, produced by a company called “Orient Products”, has been on the market for some time, even gaining a loyal consumer base. In 2017, however, “Orient Products” was acquired by the Lantmännen Group, the manufacturer of Finn Crisp crispbread.
Success on the Chinese market is directly related to the ability to quickly react to changes and propose something new. More often than not, traditional industry methodologies aren’t flexible and adaptable enough to complete nonstandard tasks in developing markets, such as China, where there is no formed context, and the consumer behaviour is always changing. In these situations, you have to find new ways and methods to find and create concepts that are related to the current market.
X5 Retail Group operates Russia’s largest chains of grocery stores and supermarkets: Pyaterochka, Perekrestok and Carousel, which together run over than 11,000 stores across Russia. The Nesvizh baby food plant is a modern high tech company specialising in dairy products. The two companies teamed up with Mildberry to develop and launch the new Sarafanovo brand that the plant and the retail group own together.
